i adored the thoughtful touch of having both a robe and slippers available, it felt so luxurious. the smeg coffee machine in the room was a good surprise, i savored every cup. the shower was great, it had such a strong and warm flow that invigorated me each morning.
the limited reception hours felt a bit impersonal! i would have liked more consistent support.

large shower sweet touch
My room had a towel warmer rack. I found it a sweet touch. The shower was unusually large, it was especially pleasant after my travels.
I found no proper reception upon my arrival. I felt a bit off-put by this.

comfortable bed thoughtful sleep kit steep staircase impersonal reception steep water charge
The room was clean. I appreciate THAT. The bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated the sleep kit provided in the room (it was such a thoughtful touch!).
The stairs were quite steep and narrow. It was difficult with luggage. I also didn't like that there wasn't a proper reception area, it felt a little impersonal. There was a charge for water, which i found a bit steep.

underwhelming stay, some issues encountered

badly lit stairs missing tv
The stairs were badly lit. there weren't any bannisters and they were very difficult to navigate with luggage. i was pretty worried about falling! also, there was no tv in the room. That's just not acceptable in this day and age. it felt a bit cheap, to be honest.
